Journey of Transformation
CiscoThe Cisco Customer Experience Center (CXC) in Silicon Valley is a strategic sales asset, hosting executives from some of the world’s largest and most influential organizations—from privately held and publicly traded companies to international governments. Within the CXC, Cisco wanted to create a new interactive installation to tell a specific industry vertical story. Array was tasked to concept, design, and develop a flagship experience within a dedicated space to communicate and capture the Service Provider's journey to success. Array designed a digital experience that began with a storytelling movie displayed on a large format 3x2 video wall to inspire and inform the Service Provider audience of the profitable outcomes available by transforming their businesses with Cisco. The movie then encouraged them to journey deeper by interacting with an adjacent multi-touch screen. With each touch of the screen, the audience is drawn deeper into the story with case studies, data visualizations, interactive infographics, and videos to move them toward a decision for Cisco.
